It can’t get any place because it has no destination, no guidance and it’s the same with a human being.

If this book were a car, then goal setting would be the petrol. It is the master skill of all success and the backbone of being an Entrepreneur. With goals anything is possible, without them nothing is possible.

Only 3% of adults have written goals and action plans for there accomplishment and the other 97% work for them. This is a frightening statistic. If people only knew goals were this important maybe, they would start using them. If you only use this step, you will see more success in 1 year than you have had in the last 5 years, that is how powerful goal setting is.

Goal setting is a learnt skill, a skill that anyone can master; all you need to do is put in the effort. If you talk to most people, they will say they want a better job, or a new car, but have no action plan for its accomplishment. If you would like a new job then you need to:

Decide what job you would like.
Do out a up-to-date CV Get all the relevant references and documents
Apply for jobs Prepare To Win Goals are the difference between those that accomplish a lot and those that only accomplish a little.

As the late Bear Bryant ex University of Alabama football coach once said,
“It is not the will to win, but the will to prepare to win that counts.” He was saying, everyone wants to win but only a few people are willing to prepare.

Everyone wants to run their own business, have a beautiful Mercedes, and go on 2 holidays a year, but they are not willing to prepare to do what is necessary to make that possible. Everyone wants to be successful but few want to do the work that will get them there.

Michael Phelps is known as the greatest
Olympian ever, studying and modeling a winner, which I will go over further in this book, I know that he gave up a normal childhood to train for his first Olympics in Athens. He only wanted to win 1 gold but ended up winning 6.

He would train 7 days a week - the rest of the swimmers trained only 6.
His philosophy was he was getting 52 extra training sessions over his competitors.
If you are in the area of sales, if you had 52 days advantage over your competitors, imagine what you could achieve.

You want to be the best in your field, be financially independent. You want to become the best version of you that you can be, to earn all the money that is possible for you to enjoy the finest standard of living.

You want to be a winner in your own personal Olympic games and the way to do it has never changed. Great success mean that you must, Prepare, Prepare, Prepare Earl Nightingale once said, “If a person does not prepare for their success in advance, when their opportunity comes it will only make them look foolish.” Luck is simply when preparation meets opportunity. When you are prepared the opportunities will present themselves.

A good example of this is getting a new job.
One day you could see the perfect job. The kind of job that you have wanted for years, at the perfect salary, with the perfect company but the closing date for applications is in two days, If you lack an up to date CV, with the relevant references and documents that they might require, you will not even get an interview.

Area Of Excellence Something that holds a lot of people back is, they don’t know what they want. They are not sure what they are good at; or what skills they have. All this uncertainty is enough to put them off before they even start.

It’s difficult to believe that we are highly skilled in some area. I will share with you now some questions to help you discover your area of excellence or pilot light, that once found you have a firm foundation to build on.

What Holds Your Attention
What subjects do you like reading about ?
What do you like to talk about ?
What do you like to study ?
What Are You Interested in What subjects have you been interested
In your whole life ?
What subjects do you like to search for new information about ?
Absorption What can you get completely absorbed in ?
What absorbs your attention completely, when you are reading about it, watching documentaries on etc.

When you are talking about this subject, hours will past like minutes.
The answers to these questions are a good indication to your area of excellence. Even though I worked in the music industry for many years,

I always found the time to read motivational books, listen to audio programs from all the leaders in the field as well as researching all other subjects that were linked to self-development.

Whatever subjects you love to read about, watch documentary’s on, and talk about for hours, is the area that you are most passionate about. This is also the area that you will be most knowledgeable. Whatever this area is, you must focus on, because this is the area that you will be the most creative.

If you are not working in this area then you will be unhappy, frustrated and stressed. When you discover your area of excellence, you have almost all the knowledge that you need.

You may need more training to take it to the next level, or maybe a change of job to acquire extra experience, but 1-2 years is nothing compared to a lifetime of unhappiness, if you are currently in the wrong job. When you are working in an area that you can share your passion about a product or service, then that is true success.

When you’re in the correct job, concentration and focus comes easy.
10 Steps To Goal Setting Now to get into my 10 step goal setting method that I learnt many years ago that I have applied to my own life for great results.

Its very important that you know your area of excellence, then set goals that
will move you in that direction. If you need more education then your first goal could be, “Look and apply for courses.” To get the most out of this method I would like you to answer the following question.

When you answer the question I would like you to take the time to put it through the 10-step formula. Reading this method then not applying it was my main constraint for years, I don’t want you to make the same mistake. When you answer the question putting it through the 10-step formula, you will start to get a glimpse of the underlining power of goal setting.

You can read a whole book on goal setting, it will be very motivational but
until you actually put pen to paper you will not experience first hand what I will describe. Imagine I could give you a pill, that was a magic pill and if you took this magic pill you could accomplish any one thing in the world.

The question is simply this. What one thing would you dare to dream if you knew you could not fail? When you answer this question write it down and move to step 3.

Step 1 – Decide Exactly What You Want.
This alone will set you apart from 70-80% of the population. It’s very important to be very clear exactly what you want. You must have a burning desire to attain it.
You must want it in your heart of hearts.

The clearer you are the faster you draw into your life the resources that you need to achieve it. It is important to imagine that you have no limitations on what you can be, have or do.

What holds a lot of people back at this stage is, fear, the fear of not achieving a goal, also known as self-limiting beliefs. This can hold you back more than anything else. Your self-limiting beliefs are not based on reality. This is why it is so important to imagine that you have no limitations.

Step 2 - Write It Down
When you write your goals down they take on a power of their own. When you write things down it makes them more real. You are taking them from your mind and giving them physical form.

Many people will be able to tell you what they want but very few will actually write what they want on paper. This is the reason that they don’t achieve them.

It has been proven that there is an incredible connection between the head and hand called psycho-neuro motor activity, you activate your visual power, audio powers and kinesthetic powers meaning that whatever you write down you programme right into your sub-conscious mind.

When you write your goals down physically on paper it activates your mental powers then your subconscious mind begins to work on them. Your goals need to be clear, specific and measureable.

Saying that you want a job with a salary of £40,000+ in Advertising in London is very clear, very specific and it is measurable so you know exactly where you are in relation to your goal. As Albert Einstein once said “If you can’t explain it to a six year old, you don’t understand it yourself.”

To say you want a lot of money is not specific, there is no way of measuring where you are in relation to achieving it. A lot of money to me could be £60,000 a year, but to you £100,000 per year.

If you are in the area of sales currently earning £30,000 but want to earn £60,000 then you know that you must get twice the sales.
The first step is to ask yourself,

How can I give twice the value to my customers ?
Ask that question and you will get the answers,
as I will show you in the next chapter.

Step 3 – Set A Deadline Set a deadline for your goal.
A goal without a deadline is just a wish. If it is a big goal then break it down into smaller goals. So a 3-year goal could be broken down into 12 monthly goals and 4 weekly goals.

The more that you break your goals down, the more likely you will be to achieve them. When you see your goal in smaller pieces, it starts to look more manageable, and you get the belief that it is achievable. Sometimes the first step could be to make a phone call, or send an email for information.

When you begin to do this the amount you will achieve will surprise you.
Deadlines activate your subconscious mind that drives you consciously and unconsciously to achieving them on schedule.

It is very easy to under estimate how long it will take to complete something especially if it means being creative, so if you don’t achieve your goal by the deadline, simply set a new deadline. There are no unreasonable goals, only unreasonable deadlines.

When setting deadlines for tasks like making a phone call or applying for a course or extra training then do not delay or put it off. As soon as you complete a task on deadline then you will have feelings of accomplishment.

Step 4 - Identify The Obstacles
Why are you already not at your goal ?
What are the things that are holding you back. In the quest for being an Entrepreneur the main constraint is often lack of a skill or quality like self-discipline or knowledge.

Whatever it is can be learnt or acquired in a relatively short period of time.
As I mention further on in the book, no matter what you want or need to learn,
in most cases it can be learnt within 12 – 18 months.

Some of you may already have the knowledge but lack the confidence; this constraint is a lot easier to overcome than you might think. Confidence is simply learnt by doing.

So your first goal could be to get a job where you are as close to your chosen field as possible, so that you learn the ups and downs. Then you are prepared for any potential setbacks in advance.

Step 5 - Identify The Knowledge
To achieve a goal that you have never achieve before, you are going to have to learn and do things that you have never done before. You can not achieve any more than you have today with the same knowledge. It could be as simple as learning to take action.

The most progress will be made when you work on the main skill that is holding you back. When you strengthen this skill, you will see your biggest developments.

What is the main skill that once acquired would make the most difference ? Whatever that skill is, write it down then set time aside each day to work on improving it.

Step 6 – Make A List
When you make out a list of all the things that you need to do to achieve your goal, your goal will seem more attainable. Henry ford once said, “Anything can be achieved if broken down into enough steps.

When you write out a list you will realize that a lot of the things on the list you might already be able to do, others may require that you attain some vital knowledge.
You may also need the help or services from certain people / organizations.

Step 7 - Organize Your List Into A Plan
Next you need to take your list of all the things that you will need to complete,
sorting them in sequence and priority. Sequence
- This simply means what are the things that you must do before you can do something else.
What is the best order of tasks ?
Priority – What is more important ?
What is less important ?
80% of your results will come from 20% of your activities.

When you take time to sequence and plan your goal it will save you so much time when you come to execute, as no more time will be spent on thinking about what will come next or will everything work out.

Step 8 – Break Down Your Plan
When you have your list organized into a sequence and priority then you need to make a planned structure of all the tasks you need to do from beginning to completion. When you have a goal with a plan then you are 10 times as likely to achieve your goal.

Plan every month at beginning of month Plan every week the weekend before Plan every day the night before The more effort you put into planning, the more you break it down into small activities that you can carry out day by day, then the more you will get achieved in less time.

Successful people are often not that much more intelligent they are simply better planners. Something that I came across recently that has helped my planning is MindMaps

Step 9 – Select The Most Important Task
For Each Day Always work on your most important tasks first, the task that
will make the most difference. This task will often be worth 70% of all the other activities. Then look at your list again picking the next important putting a B beside it and so on. Never work on a task B when there is a task A undone.

Before using this method I would go to send an email, next thing I would be sorting out emails. Yes it needed to be done but could be done later. Having the ability to focus only on what needed to be done and having the concentration to stay working on that task until completion made a massive difference.

Step 10 – Develop The Habit Of Self-Discipline
There is a direct link between self-discipline and success.
The number one thing that sets Entrepreneurs apart from people that work a 9 to 5 is they have very strong self-discipline. All of the other steps require that you structure and plan your days, following through on each activity.

The moment you start to plan your days you will realize that you can easily overestimate what you can achieve in a week, but will underestimate what you will achieve in 6 months.

The way to discipline yourself is, make a list of everything that you need to do during the day. You set priorities on your lists.

Then start on your most important task first, and discipline yourself to keep concentrated on that one task until it is 100% complete, before you move onto the next task. In time management this is called single handling and this skill alone will increase your productivity by as much as 500%.

Your ability to select your most important tasks then working on them without distraction will raise your output and productivity.

This means that once you start a task you don’t do anything else until that task is complete. When I was working for a company, all my work colleagues were constantly thinking of ways that they could get out of work, meaning not doing what was necessary.

When I started to work for myself I got a wake up call, if I didn’t complete I task on deadline, then I didn’t get the sale, or the return custom. If you cut corners then the only person you are fooling is yourself. When you develop bad habits you will find them hard to break.

The added bonus of mastering discipline I,s when you complete tasks it gives
your self-esteem a boost, and it motivates you to complete more tasks.
The bigger the task, the better you will feel, and the more motivated you are
to complete even bigger tasks.

Reach For The Stars It is so important that you set goals that are well out of reach,
as it forces you to leave your comfort zone, making you grow as a person.
When you put it down on paper and read it, your mind will go to work, listing all the things that you will need to learn or attain, to achieve your goal.

Now it will probably list a lot of stuff that means that you may need more training or help in certain areas with information or services, and if this is the case, just put them through the 10-step goal setting system to break it down into manageable tasks that you can get to work on.

The brain is a very powerful organic machine, with the ability to solve even the most demanding goal. Income, business and career goals are the most important for an Entrepreneur.

The first step to being an Entrepreneur is that you need some business experience of some kind. It doesn’t matter what area you want to go into you will need some kind of business knowledge.

What I learnt from experience is that every job you learn a lot more than you think,
if you open your mind up to it. An example would be, someone that works as a sales assistant, 99% of workers would not see how much training they are learning about the running of a business, even in this position.

If you have an Entrepreneurs mindset, you will realize that you are learning about displays, replenishment, best sellers, stock take, orders, returns and shrinkage, if only on a basic level.

The backbone of all successful people in life is ideas.
One of my favorite films is Inception starring Leonardo DiCaprio.
A brief synopsis for those of you that have not seen the film is Dom Cobb
(Leonardo DiCaprio) is a thief with the rare ability to enter people's dreams and steal their secrets from their subconscious.

His skill has made him a hot commodity in the world of corporate espionage but has also cost him everything he loves. Cobb gets a chance at redemption when he is offered a seemingly impossible task: Plant an idea in someone's mind. What if we could plant an idea in our own minds ?
Generating ideas, is that even possible ?

The power of the sub-conscious mind has always fascinated me.
Well from a lot of extensive research I have found that a lot of great thinkers and inventors had methods, which they used to generate, idea after idea after idea.

They all said that their ideas came from their sub-conscious mind.
They would ask a question, then the idea would come to them in the form of inspiration. Unfortunately, we have got to the point, if it’s not on Google, it doesn’t exist. One thing that Google can not do is create new ideas, it can only show up programmed information.

If there was proven methods surely everyone would be using them ?
Like everything worth attaining in life it takes some effort on your part, you can’t expect something for nothing, well nothing worthwhile that is. When I applied the methods that I will reveal in this chapter, I got a river of ideas.

It has been said that you have 3-4 ideas a year that have the potential to make you financially independent but you fail to follow them up for the reason that you don’t believe that you are capable of making the idea work. Then someone else comes up with a similar idea, that might not be as good as yours, but makes them very wealthy.

If you documented your day, your week, the last month of your life I’m sure you have spend countless hours thinking about how much you would love to be rich, have expensive clothes and be able to go on 2-3 holidays a year.

How much time did you spend thinking of how you could achieve that life ?
If you start to ask different questions you will get different answers.
I would like to share with you now some methods that some of the greatest thinkers, inventors and musicians have used for centuries.

Mind Storming Mind storming consists of sitting down with a piece of paper and writing your goal or problem at the top of the paper in the form of a question; the question should be as specific as possible. The more specific the question, the better the quality of the answers.

A specific question allows your mind to focus clearly.
Instead of the general question "What business can I start ?” write,
"What service or product am I knowledgeable and passionate about ?
"Think of 20 answers to this question.

Force yourself to write down 20 different things you can think of doing,
either now or in the future, that will help you reach your goal.
Some of the things you might come up with:
Healthy food Customer service Car Valeting Sales Advertising The first 5 answers will be easy, the second 5 will be harder and coming up with the last few answers may seem impossible.

Even if sometime they don’t make complete sense or the service doesn’t exist.
It is very important to keep going until you have created at least 20 different answers. Usually it’s the 20th answer that is the one that is the most valuable.

Mind storming really makes your mind search for ideas and some answers can be enlightening, sparking of a different line of thinking. When you are complete, select at least one to be acted on immediately.

This is absolutely critical to the success of this method.
It is the willingness to take action on your ideas that will keep your creativity flowing. Great ideas will not help you unless you act on them !

Once you've selected one idea, perform the 20-Idea method on that idea; asking
What 20 things do I have to do to get this idea off the ground. This method can also be used to improve or expand a business.
So if you want to get more sales you could ask the question, "
What can I do to reach twice as many qualified prospects this week ?"

Some of the thing you might come up with are- Advertise more, improve my phones skills, add more value to a product or service, develop a better headline for my ads. You can use this method to deal with almost any problem that faces you. If you use this method on a regular basis then you will get so many ideas that you will have the problem of which ones to choose.

Act on your best ideas and continually refine them.
Every idea doesn't have to be original.

As I will cover in the next chapter, learn from others who have solved the problem or reached the goal that you're working on. A lot of businesses can be started small or done at weekends using social media to get your message out.

Most people would rather come to someone that they know than someone they don’t. Solitude This is by far the most testing method, but defiantly delivers the best results. Solitude simply means that you switch off from the world for a while with your own thoughts.

Most people have not spent 30-60 minutes alone, with out distractions in their entire lives. Gandhi once said, “Solitude is a catalyst for innovation”.
Gandhi himself would spend 24 hours per week in solitude and from the ideas that came to him in this time was able to influence the British to leave India freeing his country.

Solitude requires that you sit quietly for 30–60 minutes, not reading, not eating, not on your tablet or phone. If you haven’t done this before then the first 20-25minutes will be very difficult, all you will want to do is move or get up, but you must persist.

After 20-25 minutes your mind will go clear, you will have a great urge of energy and peace then ideas will flow like a river into your mind, that will answer your most pressing difficulties.

They will come to you every time and they will come to you the first time that you use this method. If you discipline yourself to sit quietly for 30 to 60 minutes a few times a month and just let your mind flow without trying.

You will find that you get answers that are so powerful and ideas that are so valuable that you will question yourself why you spend years doing it the hard way. In a busy life finding the time to sit in solitude can be hard, so I do it first thing in the morning when I awake or on my way home from work drive into a park with no traffic near-by and just sit there for 30-60 minutes.

Every single time the answer will come. Deep Relaxation And Mediation Sit quietly, close your eyes, breathe deeply and count back from 100 to 1 with your eyes close to just completely relax. During this time of complete calmness the idea or solution will come into your mind.

15-20 minutes I find is the best time to see results.
When you learn to quiet your mind, the answers to your problems or the ideas that you require are often right in front of you, but you fail to see them. Walk In Nature Walking in general is great for creativity as it takes you away from everything and you are more in tune with the world around you.

Personally when I have a problem or need to think of new ideas I always go for a walk. I find early morning is the best time as the world is at its most peaceful.

The best places to walk has to be in a forest or at the beach, the voice of the sea speaks to the soul. There is nothing more calming than the sound of the ocean against the shore. A walk connects you with the earth and washes away all the cluttering thoughts that are constantly fighting for our attention.

One thing you must realize before you set out on the road to being an entrepreneur is, you don’t have to reinvent the wheel. All the information, knowledge, lessons and mistakes have already been learnt and made by people that have walked before you.

I’m not saying that you will not make mistakes, but you can minimize them.
I found if you take a blueprint of what made others successful, you can develop it, making it your own. Most successful people started out small, growing their business to where they are today.

I will cover a couple in this chapter. From modeling them you can learn a lot, quickly getting information that maybe took them years to learn.

This is why reading biographies is so important, you can relate to them in their early days, learning all the steps they took to achieve the levels of success they attain today. Modeling is like finding a set of keys that someone left behind, they allow can to get through a couple of doors before you meet a challenge.

Proper modeling strategies can give you access to what may look like an express ticket to success to others. Adapting their philosophy, changes your way of thinking, and with that comes power, energy and ideas.

When you discover a series of choices that have been taken to achieve success then you have a high level of certainty that similar choices will work for you, delivering comparable results The Backbone All the great leaders had a mentor, or at the very least modeled others success.

What I have learnt from modeling other successful people is, the backbone of all business is building strong professional relationships; only treat people the way that you would like to be treated.

I have seen businesses trying to trick there customers into making sales, then when the sale has been made, the customer finds out they have been over charged or sold an item or service that is below par.

Yes these businesses make money but in the long term it catch’s up on them. When you model the top 10 companies in the world you will realize that the foundations their Empire is built on is, return custom.

Apple have built such a strong brand, that customers will camp out for three days to be the first to buy their product, Why ?

If you are or know an apple customer you will know, if you have a problem with a phone they will give you a new phone. If you call Apple with a problem with their products they will take the time to resolve your issue step by step.

Apple is one of the biggest companies in the world
but you need to start to ask the question why ?

When you start to look at your customers like they are your extended family then you will excel in business. What I have learnt in my life is word off mouth is more powerful than a £100,000 advertising campaign, and it works in both directions. Sugar Virgin So whatever business you would like to get into.

Look for someone that has the success that you desire. Not how they are making there millions now but how did they begin. Alan Sugar an entrepreneur in every sense of the word left school at 16.

After a brief spell in the civil service, famously started selling car aerials out of the back of a van using savings of just £100. His earnings soon outstripped those of his father, Nathan, a tailor. At the age of 21 he founded Amstrad, a name that came from his initials (Alan Michael Sugar TRADing).

Alan Sugar has said on many occasion that if he even bought one product, he wanted a discount on it, even if it meant talking to the manager, he would get it. My own personal philosophy is, each and every one of us has talents in some area of our life, an Entrepreneurial spirit that can lay dormant.

Most of us may not even know that it exists. When you were younger when you believed that you could achieve anything. What happened ?

Growing up we lose our imagination, we stop being so curious, peer pressure means that we stop thinking outside the box.

We become rigid, to afraid to step outside of our comfort zones.
Richard Branson is currently working on space travel so you can fly from London to Sydney in 9 hours but he dropped out off school at the age of 16 to start a youth-culture magazine called Student.

The publication, run by students, for students, sold $8,000 worth of advertising
in its first edition, which was launched in 1966. The first run of 50,000 copies was disseminated for free, after Branson covered the costs with advertising.

Then in 1969, Branson was living in a London, surrounded by the British music and drug scene. Branson had the idea to begin a mail-order record company called Virgin to help fund his magazine efforts.

The company performed adequately, but made Branson enough that he was able to expand his business venture, adding a record shop in Oxford Street, London. With the success of the record shop, the high school dropout was able to build a recording studio in 1972 in Oxford shire, England.

Branson just kept investing and growing to where he is today but he started out small. Smith N Jobs The main people I have modeled in my life are people that inspired me to believe that I am capable of anything.

As Will Smith once said “I’m not particularly talented but I am willing to die on a treadmill.” If you have this philosophy in your life then there's nothing you cannot achieve.

When you start to research people like Steve Jobs, you start to understand that you don’t need to have lots of money, you need an idea, desire and persistence. Steve Jobs built his first computer in his garage with little or no money, but he had the faith and desire in his idea.

When investors seen that desire they gave him credit. It seems now that of course he would get credit he’s Steve Jobs, but that meant nothing back then, plus most people thought him and his partner were crazy, but they had a vision.

Once you have a vision which I will cover in an up-coming chapter, that’s all you need, because the clearer you see that vision, the clearer you see the steps needed to make that vision possible.

In my examples I have covered some of the biggest most successful people in the world. If you can find someone close to you, in your town or city, you can not only read about them but actually speak to them.

If you ask for advice you will often get the information that you require.
They say you are the sum of your five closest friends, which had be worried when
I was younger. What I began to realize was, the people I spent my most time with, didn’t have to be physical people, my five closest friends could be Steve Jobs, Bruce Lee, Bob Proctor, Antony Robbins, Brian Tracy.

People that inspired me. Modeling Google You may or not be aware that Google search engine is now so advanced that what ever you search for in their search engine will comes up in Google ads when you are surfing the Internet.

More shocking to many people is the fact that the videos ads at the start of YouTube videos are tailored specific to you personally, as they are a partner of Google. Even Amazon notes your search results and sends you emails of exactly what you are searching for.

So what has this to do with modeling ?
Well in the case of Google and YouTube if you are focused on searching for ideas, suppliers, products, and services then that is the information that you will constantly see when you are searching the Internet, keeping your mind focused on what you want to achieve, instead of taking your attention away to things that are of no relevance.

One of the most important factors of being successful is how you spend the first hour of the day, what I like to call the Golden Hour. This is one of the steps that I have found to be the most beneficial. You become a sum of all the ideas, information and impressions that you feed into your mind.

From the moment you get up in the morning until you go to bed at night.
The most important are the thoughts that flood your mind first thing in the morning, the Golden Hour has a very strong effect on how you think, act and feel for the rest of the day.

You are like a boat on the ocean at the mercy of the sea. When you take control of the helm in the morning, you have a powerful influence over the direction of your life. New habits strengthen, meaning you approach life more positively.

Perhaps one of the best habits that you can develop is taking advantage of the power of the Golden Hour at the start of every day, as it sets you up in a positive and productive way, meaning greater success in the hours ahead.

Make Or Break They say that it takes 21 days to make or break a habit.
When I first started to introduce the Golden Hour it was difficult as I was tempted to hit the snooze button but I thought of the scene in the matrix when Neo is about to get out of the car and Trinity says “You have been down that road and you know exactly were it ends.”

When I started to apply the Golden Hour, my life flourished.
Reading motivation literature and listening to audio programs changed my mindset so I was more prepared for the day.

The growth that I gained gave me a boost of confidence leading to me to be more productive. Nearly 95% of what you do is determined by your habits. Successful people simply have habits that make them engage in positive, productive activities through out the day.

f you introduce the Golden Hour to your day then within 21 days your life will have changed in more positive ways than you can imagine. As I have mention a few times, and will keep mentioning - Self-discipline is the difference between financially independent people, and those that are struggling month to month.

21 Days On The Golden Path Starting tomorrow, arise two hours before you have to be anywhere investing that first hour in yourself, and in your mind. Before you turn on the television, radio or read the newspaper, take 30-60 minutes to read or listen to something motivational, inspiration or educational.

Be sure that the first thing into your mind in the morning is positive and consistent with the life that you want to lead. After you have completed your morning reading then take out a notepad and write down your top 5 goals that you want to achieve
as if you have already achieved them.

For example: I earn £50,000 per year, I drive a White Mercedes, and I have a successful business. Rewrite your goals each morning without referring back to the day before so you are writing them from memory. This is very important for you to practice to achieve your goals. Plan your day in advance.

After you have rewritten out your goals, list all the things you have to do that day. Then organize them in list of priority value and importance. Listen to educational audio programs as you drive around. Leave the radio off.

Continually feed your mind with high quality mental nutrition.
The Golden Hour is the rudder of the day. Begin to arise spending the first hour in yourself, you will be amazed at how different you feel and the results you will get.
If you read a book a week, then that will be 24 books in 6 months.

Think of the knowledge that you will have attain by this simple exercise alone.
When you get into the habit of having a Golden Hour in your day you will gradually transform your thinking about yourself and what is possible for you. You will be surprised at the ideas you will have, you will start to see opportunities were you did not see them before.
